Willing to learn - As I have chosen an area that I am interested in then i will do my best to learn as much as I can.

Organized - I feel that i am an organized person so that i can get all my work handed in on the right time.

Team worker - I work very well in a team.

Weaknesses

Bad at presentations - I feel I need to improve on my presentation skills. I tend to look at walls all the time.

Getting bored - when an area isn't as interesting to me i sometimes get bored and get distracted.

Nerves - when doing test i get nervous which may affect my test performances.

To gain a degree - by completing this course it allows me to gain an important degree.

Find a well-paid job in the future - it will allow for me to hopefully find a job that i enjoy which pays a very nice amount of money.

State of the economy may change - this will affect me when i finally get a job after university. There may be a lot of people unemployed which will affect my chances of getting a job.

Family changes - if i have a family problem it may affect me being able to get to university, which will give me less learning time.

National rail not being on time - if trains are late then me will be late for some classes.

Lack of money - if I cannot afford very important books or equipment then it may mean I miss out in important information.

VARK Reflection

After completing the VARK excersise in the previous lecture it shows me that I am more of an Aural learner than any other. However, all of my results where close together which may mean that I have all 4 of the different learning strategies.

Visual - 4
Aural - 6
Read/write - 4
Kinesthetic - 4

Being an aural learner means that you like to listen so that you can take all of the information in. I feel that when I am being taught something I like to listen and also to write down important notes that I may forget or need for revision.
I am also a visual as I like to see many examples displayed up in front of me so I can get an idea of what it is about. Tables/graphs helps a lot. This will enable me to use it as an example when I need to go back for Tutorial exercises.
If you are a read/write person then you like to have all the information in front of you. This is where I like to take down notes. I feel this is the least favored learning strategy for me.
I feel being a Kinesthetic also applies to me as this means that you like to test things to be able to understand what you are doing. For example at the moment in coding concepts I am able to test what I am doing on MatLab to fully understand.
